3. Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for certain services as outlined in our Fee Schedule. You authorize us to deduct these fees directly from your account. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

4. Liability

Credit Swiss F. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the past 6 months.
